AUS $220.00 (including taxes) per night up to four persons. AUS $25 per additional person to maximum 8 persons.

Rate increases apply during peak seasons

**Terms & Conditions of rental:

On Receiving your reservation enquiry, we will check availability of the villa for your requested dates.
If the villa is available we will email you with the following,

  1. Confirmation of the villa's availability

  2. Total Rental amount in AUS dollars

  3. To confirm the booking a 50% deposit.  Payment to be direct debit into our bank account.

  4. Outstanding balance is required to be paid 30 days prior to check in.

  5.   Cancellation Deposit will be refunded (less AUS $200 Cancellation fee) if cancelled within 61 days notice prior to check in.

  6. On arrival a bond is required by Credit Card, any loss or damage will be charged automatically.

  7. Check in time is 2.00pm

  8. Check out time is 12.00 midday.

  9. Late check out is available until 8.00pm, additional cost of AUS $100.

  10. Management & Staff of Kuta Royal Villa A11 is not liable for any loss, damage or injury you may suffer during your stay at the villas.

  11. Management & Staff reserves the right to cancel any booking or evict any persons in relation to unacceptable behavior. No refund will be issued.
